So continuing the talk about bedding, I think Todd and I have decided we love this. Its cute and fun. Plus I think it would be real easy to trace the monkey and make our own wall stickers. I really like the fact that there is purple monkeys b/c i love purple so much more than pink. We have a few shelves up in Gavins room that we could easily spray purple and of course leave the walls white.. Well except where Gavin drew with crayon....but then later i found this...
And this is super cute too. Yes its pink but im ok with this type of pink. The only problem with this is that is only available at Pottery Barn Kids. And the only one in Ohio that is remotely close to either of our families is the one in Kenwood Mall. SO that would definitely be harder to get. Here some more of this one...
And i think after looking at both pictures i am prolly gona go with the first monkey set. I could get cheap sheer purple cutains and kinda make it more purple with odds and end things. Ok so now im excited for this... Now all i need is money......Anyone have any trees? Or Emily do u have any to give out?

Jon would argue that I have tons of money. Unfortunately, I am living well beyond my means at the moment. The reason I'm settling on the bed stuff that I am is because I cannot fathom spending hundreds of dollars (of Jon's money) on one set of sheets when we will inevitably need more. Okay, here is my feedback on the baby bedding. I LOVE the second set, mainly because it kinda has a Hawaiian feel to it, and I adore Hawaiian things. However, the first set would be very easy to work with in regards to decorating. you could buy several sets of solid sheets to match the monkeys, and it would be fairly easy to trace the monkeys for wall stickers or murals or what have you. I like both of them. Keep me posted.
