1 cup Mac and cheese ( way too much, even with MA eating from my bowl!)
1/2 cup Green Giant Healthy Weight veggies

*in conclusion for my first week. There were yes slip ups. BUT it is my first diet AND there were only 2 days I went over 2000. When I'm sure the week before last calories soared over 2000 EVERY day. I plan on working harder to work out next week.
p.s. I LOST FOUR POUNDS!!!
